Booking a training course with Suzanne Egan Academy secures a place on a specific course date.
All course deposits are non-refundable. This is because your place is reserved and unavailable to other students once booked.
Deposits may be transferred once with sufficient notice, at our discretion, but remain non-refundable.
Any remaining balance must be paid in full before the course date, as outlined at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payment may result in your place being cancelled.
If you are unable to attend your booked course, you must notify us as soon as possible.
Where sufficient notice is given, we may offer the option to transfer your booking to a future course date. This is at our discretion and subject to availability.
Course bookings are non-refundable.
In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, we may allow a transfer to another course date, provided adequate notice is given.
Failure to attend a booked course without prior notice will result in the loss of your booking and any payments made.
Some courses require models. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure models are arranged where required.
Failure to provide models may impact your ability to complete the course.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.
The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making.
