Return and Refund Policy

At Suzanne Egan Academy, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within this 14-day period.


Standard Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Approved returns must be sent back to our location in Ireland.

We accept returns from customers in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Spain/EU countries.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at suzanne@suzanneeganacademy.com, including your order details and images where possible.

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Lash, brow, or waxing products that have been opened or used

  • Any item not in its original condition or packaging

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing or returning the item.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the desired product


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction
