Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Suzanne Egan Academy, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT are usually processed the same business day, where possible. Orders placed after 1:00 PM GMT will usually be processed on the same day or the next business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, launches, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within the expected processing time, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship primarily to Ireland, and also to the United Kingdom and Spain.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
Ireland: 1–3 business days
United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
Spain: 3–7 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, and selected service where applicable. Any applicable shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot or collection point.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
For orders shipped outside Ireland, customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout. Suzanne Egan Academy cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided with the order.
Delivered Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered and you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in checking the tracking information and raising the issue with the courier where appropriate.
